“The tour started with coffee and local poke style raw fish in coconut milk along with taro and other local treats. Then off to Lucky Luke where we got to try the Beignet De Poisson, which for an Australian, was like a potato scallop/cake/fritter but made with fish. This was definitely a must try. We then toured the market and spent some time checking out the various cuisines that have become part of the Tahitian culture.
